This piece was part of an awareness campaign promoting responsible water usage, more precisely non-bottled water usage. The amount of plastic (especially single-use plastic) used in big cities such as Madrid has a tremendous negative impact on the environment.
Tap water, on the other hand, reduces that impact and also helps us save money! Surprisingly, it's (mostly) completely safe to drink, and sometimes even healthier than bottled water. Now that's what I call a win-win-win situation!
Working on this project was a total joy. I learned a lot about the environmental issues related to consumerism and educated myself on how to be a more responsible human being. Equally important is that I finally got the chance to animate in Animate again (sorry Flash, I guess it's time to stop calling you that).
